Classification – dry white wine, PGI Florina.
Grape variety – Malagouzia 100%.
Vineyard – single block “Latipes”, 1.7 ha, on the Amyndeon plateau at 645 m, with southern exposure. Sandy clay loam over gravel and limestone conglomerates provides good drainage.
Vinification – destemming, optical grape sorting and light crushing, followed by low-temperature skin contact under inert atmosphere. Fermentation and maturation take place in fine-grained, white-toasted Nevers oak and a 75 hL Greek Robolo wooden vat, with regular stirring on the fine lees for 9 months.
Appearance – crystal-clear, bright light straw-yellow.
Aroma – intense and varietal, with floral aromas, white stone fruit and hints of citrus. Subtle oak allows the fruit to remain dominant.
Palate – full-bodied and creamy, with excellent balance, freshness and finesse. The finish is vibrant, long and persistent.
Food pairing – richer appetizers, grilled vegetables and roasted white meats.
Serving temperature – 10–12 °C.
