Classification – dry white wine, PGI Central Greece.

Grape variety – Malagousia 100%.

Vineyard – single “Episkopi” vineyard on the south/southeastern slopes of Mount Helicon in the Muses Valley, at approximately 420 m, on clay and gravel soils.

Vinification – low-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, preserving the fresh varietal character of Malagousia.

Appearance – light yellow with green highlights.

Aroma – fresh peach, pineapple and apricot, with white blossoms and jasmine.

Palate – crisp and aromatic, with refreshing acidity, peach and tropical-fruit flavors, a medium body and a long, fresh finish.

Food pairing – seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads, herb-led Mediterranean dishes and soft cheeses.

Serving temperature – 10–12 °C.
