Classification – dry white wine, PGI Thessaly.

Grape variety – Assyrtiko 99%, Sauvignon Blanc 1%.

Vineyard – Prosilia vineyards in the Rapsani area, on the foothills of Mount Olympus, at approximately 450–480 m.

Vinification – fermented and matured for 9 months on the lees in large acacia barrels.

Appearance – light golden-yellow.

Aroma – expressive and pure, with flowers, tropical fruit and subtle sweet-wood notes.

Palate – creamy and textured, with Assyrtiko’s characteristic minerality and tension balancing the richness of the fruit and acacia maturation.

Food pairing – shellfish, grilled fish, white meats and Mediterranean seafood dishes.

Serving temperature – 10–12 °C.
