Classification – dry white wine, PGI Florina.

Grape variety – Assyrtiko 100%.

Vineyard – single block “Aghia Kiriaki”, 2.45 ha, on the Amyndeon plateau at 535 m. Alluvial, sandy and sandy-clay soils provide excellent drainage.

Vinification – 16 hours of skin contact, followed by temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine remains on the lees for 8 months with regular stirring.

Appearance – bright pale straw-yellow with greenish hints.

Aroma – intense and complex, with citrus, floral notes and white stone fruit.

Palate – structured, creamy and crisp, with freshness and a long, persistent finish.

Food pairing – fried fish, white meats with lemon sauces and Japanese dishes such as nigiri and sashimi.

Serving temperature – 7–10 °C.
