Classification – dry white wine, PGI Atalanti Valley.

Grape variety – Chardonnay 100%.

Vineyard – selected “Yerakofolia” vineyard in Sgarna, on the eastern outskirts of Mount Chlomo in the Atalanti Valley, at approximately 200 m above sea level, where clay and sand are the dominant soils.

Vinification – fermented in temperature-controlled French oak vats, followed by 3 months of maturation in Hungarian oak barriques.

Appearance – medium yellow.

Aroma – layered aromas of peach, pear and apple with nutmeg, roasted nuts, butter, bread and vanilla from malolactic fermentation and oak maturation.

Palate – rich and complex, with a buttery texture, ripe fruit, vanilla and nutty notes balanced by rounded acidity and a long, warming finish.

Food pairing – stuffed turkey with chestnuts, chicken in creamy sauces, lobster with butter sauce, crab, salmon teriyaki and hard cheeses.

Serving temperature – 10–13 °C.
