Classification – dry white wine, PGI Atalanti Valley.
Grape variety – Assyrtiko 100%.
Vineyard – selected single vineyard “Alepotrypa”, on flat land close to the sea in the Atalanti Valley, with predominantly clay-loam soils and some sand.
Vinification – white vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by 6 months on the fine lees, adding body and structure.
Appearance – bright pale yellow.
Aroma – pronounced citrus and floral aromas of lemon, passion fruit and jasmine, with distinctive mineral notes reminiscent of wet sea rocks.
Palate – medium to full-bodied, with lemon-led fruit, crisp high acidity, freshness and a long, refreshing finish.
Food pairing – grilled fish, fried red mullet, marinated anchovies, shellfish, calamari, sea bass carpaccio, green salads, chicken with light lemon sauce and sushi.
Serving temperature – 7–10 °C.
