Vineyard – high-altitude vineyards in Asprokampos, Nemea, on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification – pre-fermentation cold maceration at 8–10 °C for a few hours. The must is separated from the skins, fermented at 13–15 °C and then remains on the fine lees for a short period.
Appearance – delicate pink.
Aroma – expressive strawberry and cherry, with subtle candied red-fruit notes.
Palate – rich and lively, with crisp acidity and characteristic cherry-jam notes.
