Grape variety – Agiorgitiko 100%.
Vineyard – privately owned Dourmiza vineyard in Koutsi, Nemea, at approximately 380 m, with clay-loam and limestone soils on well-drained slopes and mature vines.
Vinification – classic red vinification with 25 days of extraction under controlled temperature conditions. The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels, 70% new and 30% second-use, followed by 6 months in bottle.
Appearance – deep ruby red.
Aroma – complex red fruit, eucalyptus and herbaceous notes.
Palate – rich and creamy, with ripe tannins, balanced structure and a long, velvety finish.
Food pairing – T-bone steak, roast or braised red meats and rooster cooked in wine with pasta.
Serving temperature – 15–18 °C.
