Classification – dry red varietal wine.
Grape variety – Agiorgitiko 90%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.
Vinification – hand-harvested grapes are chilled overnight at 7–8 °C, followed by pre-fermentation maceration and traditional red vinification in stainless-steel tanks at 22–24 °C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine remains on the fine lees for approximately 4 months.
Appearance – deep red with purple hues.
Aroma – dense and expressive aromas of fresh forest fruit, strawberries and cherries.
Palate – silky and harmonious, with balanced acidity, rounded tannins and a persistent fruity finish.
Food pairing – barbecued meats, pasta with red sauces, spicy sausages and semi-hard cheeses.
Serving temperature – 13–14 °C.
