Classification – dry red wine, PGI Thessaly.

Grape variety – Limniona 35%, Syrah 35%, Grenache Rouge 30%.

Vineyard – Prosilia vineyards in the Rapsani area, on the foothills of Mount Olympus, organically farmed and non-irrigated, at approximately 480–530 m.

Vinification – classic red vinification, followed by 12 months of maturation in French and American oak barrels and a further 2 years in bottle.

Appearance – deep purple.

Aroma – ripe yet fresh aromas of plum and blueberry, with savory notes of meat, chocolate and spice.

Palate – velvety and concentrated, with ripe dark fruit, vanilla, supple tannins and a long, rich finish.

Food pairing – grilled red meats, barbecue, game, sausages and mature cheeses.

Serving temperature – 16–18 °C.
