Grape variety – Limniona 100%.
Vineyard – Prosilia vineyard in the Rapsani area, at the foothills of Mount Olympus; organically farmed and non-irrigated.
Vinification – traditional red vinification in open tanks, followed by maturation for 8 months in old French and American oak.
Appearance – medium ruby.
Aroma – highly aromatic, with roses, dark cherries and herbal notes; the oak remains discreet, allowing the purity of the fruit to dominate.
Palate – elegant and fresh, with pure fruit, finely textured tannins and a long finish.
Food pairing – barbecued red meat and meatballs or other meat dishes in gently spiced tomato sauces.
Serving temperature – 15–16 °C; for a lighter summer style, it can also be enjoyed slightly chilled at 12–13 °C.
