Classification – dry red wine, PGI Central Greece.
Grape variety – Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Mavroudi 25%, Syrah 25%.
Vineyard – selected vineyards in Arma, Thiva and the Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.
Vinification – each variety is vinified separately using classic red vinification, followed by 6 months of maturation in small French oak barriques before blending.
Appearance – deep ruby.
Aroma – predominantly red fruit, with red cherry, redcurrant and red plum, complemented by darker fruit and spice notes.
Palate – light-bodied and approachable, with red and black fruit, notes of clove and cinnamon, medium acidity and tannins, and a pleasant finish.
Food pairing – beef in tomato sauce, roasted pork, pork steak, cured meats and semi-hard cheeses.
Serving temperature – 13–16 °C.
