Vineyard – semi-elevated vineyards of Samos.

Vinification – produced from highly concentrated red and white Muscat grapes and developed in close collaboration with the Orthodox Church for sacramental use.

Appearance – deep purple.

Aroma – ripe and dried fruit, honey, with subtle waxy and incense-like notes.

Palate – rich and distinctly sweet, with a soft, clean texture and a long, mellow finish. Residual sugar: approximately 340 g/L.

Food pairing – sweet desserts and mature cheeses.

Serving temperature – 8–10 °C.
